How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it and get a refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy
To submit a return request, visit our Return Product page, enter your order number and email address, and click on START A RETURN at the bottom of the page.
Are there any shipping costs?
Please refer to the table in the link below for delivery times and costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I still change my order?
To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com within 6 hours from the placement of your order. Please note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 6-hour window.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to bonjour@lasemaineparis.com
