How do I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it and get a refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

To submit a return request, visit our Return Product page, enter your order number and email address, and click on START A RETURN at the bottom of the page.

Are there any shipping costs?

Can I still change my order?

To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com within 6 hours from the placement of your order. Please note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 6-hour window.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code. This way you can track your order.

What does it mean if an item is available for pre-order?

A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet in stock but will be available and delivered according to the information provided on the Product Page.

When will my pre-order ship?

Items available for pre-order are shipped according to the information provided on the Product Page. As for standard orders, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Orders that contain both pieces available in stock and in pre-order will be shipped soon as pre-order items are available in our warehouse.

When will I be charged for my pre-order?

You will be fully charged for your pre-order via your chosen payment method at the time the pre-order is placed on the site. The order is considered placed correctly when you receive a confirmation email indicating the order number and order summary.

What is the Return Policy on pre-order items?

All pre-order items follow our standard Return and Refund Policy. Read more about it here.

What if my order has some items that are pre-order and some items available now?

Orders including both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the pre-order items are available. If you have any request about this, please email us at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the courier website and you will be able to follow the shipment. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Which Shipping Carriers do you use?

We currently partner with GLS and DHL, depending on the country.

How can I edit the Shipping Address of my order?

If you need to edit the Shipping Address you entered when placing your order, email our Customer Care Team at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been shipped out from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the Shipping Address.

My parcel is missing or lost

If your order has been lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Care Team at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com

Do not forget to provide your Order Number to help our team solve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Custom Duties and Taxes

Any duties and taxes paid to receive the order are non-refundable. For non-EU countries, please note that taxes and customs duties are applied directly by the destination country, the amount depends on the contents of the shipment and changes depending on the country according to domestic rules. If you are a resident of a non-EU country, we would advise you to inquire about local taxes and Customs Duties before placing an order on lasemaineparis.com

All orders rejected by Customers upon delivery will be returned to us. In such cases, since we will have to bear the shipping and customs charges, 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.


How can I return my order?

Does my package include the return label?

No package includes the return label.

For European Union customers, as soon as your return request created on the Return Product page is approved, you will receive an email with all the information about it and the link to download the return label.

For non-European Union customers, as soon as your return request created on the Return Product page is approved, you will receive an email with all the information about it and a link to download the required credit note for customs clearance to attach to the package. You can ship your return by selecting a courier on your own at your own cost.

Can I return an item from another country?

Unfortunately, this option is not possible; returning an item must be done from the same shipping address where you received the order. 

How can I track my return?

You can track the progress of your return shipment online, on the carrier's official website using the tracking number on the return label used. 

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once the return is received, the items undergo a quality check which can take 3 to 5 business days. If the return meets our criteria you will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase within an additional 10 business days.

Can I return an item bought in pre-order?

Yes, of course. Items purchased in pre-order follow our standard return procedure. For detailed information, visit our Return & Refund Policy

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer size changes. To receive items in a new size, style or color, we suggest you return the unwanted item for refund and place a new order on our website. 

Can I group my returns?

It is possible to return items from multiple orders in one shipment, but make sure to request a return for each order separately through our Return Portal. Before shipping, we kindly ask that you notify us by emailing us at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com

Can I return an order paid for with an E-Gift Card?

Yes, no problem. In this case, the refund will be credited to your E-Gift Card used to make the purchase. If the amount to be refunded is greater than the value of the E-Gift Card, the credit will be recharged first through the E-Gift Card while the remaining amount will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

What happens if a return does not comply with your Return & Refund Policy?

LSP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return & Refund Policy. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for pickup of the refused package from our warehouses within 14 days of our notification. 


What is the right size for me?

On each product page, you can find a note about the fit of the garment under the "Sizing Tip" voice and, by clicking on "Size Guide," you can find the exact measurements for each size.

How do I take my measurements?

Check the Size Guide on each product page to learn more about how to take your measurements.

Chest: Measure your bust by placing the tape measure 4-5 cm below your armpit on one side, guiding it around your back and ending back where you started. Make sure you measure over the furthest point of your chest.

Waist: Find the halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs. Circle a tape measure all the way around this part of your torso to get your waistline measurement. Make sure to measure the narrowest point of the chest.

Hips: Run the tape measure around your hips so that you are about 20 cm below the waist line. Be sure to measure the widest part of the lower abdomen. 

Front length: Indicates the length of the item, from the frontal center to the bottom.

Armhole: Indicates the the distance from the shoulder to the armpit.

Bottom Width: Indicates the measurement of the circumference of the bottom of the item. 

Shoulders: Indicates the distance between the two furthest points of your shoulders. 

Sleeve: Indicates the length from shoulder to wrist.

Back Length: Indicates the length of the back of the garment, from the center of the waist to the bottom.

Is La Semaine Paris true to size?

Generally, our garments are true to size. However, the fit may vary depending on the style of an item. We recommend that you consult the Size Guide in the product page - which features the exact measurements for each size - and read the Sizing Tip.
