How can I request an invoice for my order?
If you place an order from Italy / European Union and need to receive an invoice for your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. Please note that it will no longer be possible to issue the invoice if the request is made later.
What does it mean if an item is available for pre-order?
A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet in stock, but will be available soon.
When will my pre-order ship?
Items available for pre-order are shipped according to the information provided on the product page. As for standard orders, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You will be fully charged for your pre-order via your chosen payment method at the time the pre-order is placed on the site. The order is considered placed correctly when you receive a confirmation email indicating the order number and order summary.
What is the Return Policy on pre-order items?
What if my order has some items that are pre-order and some items available now?
Orders including both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the pre-order items are available. If you have any request about this, please email us at email@example.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the courier website and you will be able to follow the shipment. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What Shipping Carriers do you use?
We currently partner with Poste Delivery Business for all domestic deliveries and FedEx for all international deliveries outside of Italy.
How can I edit the Shipping Address of my order?
If you need to edit the Shipping Address you entered when placing your order, email our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been shipped out from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the Shipping Address. The Shipping Country can never be changed.
My parcel is missing or lost

Custom Duties and Taxes
Customs Duties are not included in the final price shown at the checkout. They are charged to the Customer directly by Customs in accordance with the domestic regulations of the destination Country. They are up to the Customer and are non-refundable. If you are resident in a non-EU country, we would advise you to inquire about local taxes and Customs Duties before placing an order on lasemaineparis.com.
*Orders to the United States with a value of less than $800 are not subject to customs duty.
Please be aware that in some cases the invoice for payment of customs charges may be notified to the Customer even after delivery of the goods, which then can no longer be rejected.
How can I return my order?
Only items that meet all of our return conditions are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. For detailed information, please check our full Return Policy.
To submit a return request, visit the Return Product page and click on "CREATE RETURN" at the bottom. Fill out the form and make sure to list all the items you want to return and the reason for the return. Your request will be processed within 2 business days. My parcel didn't include a return shipping label
All orders are shipped with a return label inside the package. Should you not find it, please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return an item from another country?
Unfortunately, this option is not possible; returning an item must be done from the same shipping address where you received the order.
How can I track my return?
You can track the progress of your return shipment online, on the carrier's official website using the tracking number on the return label used.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once the return is received, the items undergo a quality check which can take 3 to 5 business days. If the return meets our criteria you will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase within an additional 10 business days.
Can I return an item bought in pre-order?

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer size changes. To receive items in a new size, style or color, we suggest you return the unwanted item for refund and place a new order on our website.
Can I group my returns?
It is possible to return items from multiple orders in one shipment, but make sure to request a return for each order separately through our Return Portal. Before shipping, we kindly ask that you notify us by emailing us at email@example.com.
Can I return an order paid for with an E-Gift Card?
Yes, no problem. In this case, the refund will be credited to your E-Gift Card used to make the purchase. If the amount to be refunded is greater than the value of the E-Gift Card, the credit will be recharged first through the E-Gift Card while the remaining amount will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
What happens if a return does not comply with your Return Policy?
LSP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for pickup of the refused package from our warehouses within 14 days of our notification.

Alma is a installments payment available in these countries: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, France and Spain. Alma allows you to split purchases into 3 payments automatically charged to your debit or credit card. The first payment is charged when the merchant confirms your order, the next 2 payments are automatically charged every 30 days after that.
What is Scalapay and how does it work?
Scalapay is a payment method that allows customers to pay in 3 equal instalments with a monthly deadline. The service has no additional charges for the customer if instalments are paid by the due date. How do I take my measurements?
Check the Size Guide on each product page to learn more on how to take your measurements.
Chest: Measure your bust by placing the tape measure 4-5 cm below your armpit on one side, guiding it around your back and ending back where you started. Make sure you measure over the furthest point of your chest.
Waist: Find the halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs. Circle a tape measure all the way around this part of your torso to get your waistline measurement. Make sure to measure the narrowest point of the chest.
Hips: Run the tape measure around your hips so that you are about 20 cm below the waist line. Be sure to measure the widest part of the lower abdomen.
Front length: Indicates the length of the item, from the frontal center to the bottom.
Armhole: Indicates the the distance from the shoulder to the armpit.
Bottom Width: Indicates the measurement of the circumference of the bottom of the item.
Shoulders: Indicates the distance between the two furthest points of your shoulders.
Sleeve: Indicates the length from shoulder to wrist.

Can La Semaine Paris be defined as sustainable and what concrete measures have you implemented to be eco-friendly?
It all depends on the definition of "sustainability" and its challenges, such as water and soil pollution, CO2 emissions, exploitation of natural resources, and social-ethical profile. In fact, there is no single solution that addresses all these issues.
Any form of production has an impact on the planet, including fashion. Sustainable fashion tries to find the best compromises. The best solution is to produce long-lasting clothes by consciously and consistently choosing alternatives that minimize environmental impact, without neglecting the quality and working conditions of employees. In recent years, the collective awareness of the need to protect our planet has increased dramatically: we are here for that. We have implemented concrete measures to reduce our environmental impact, including choosing to use more regenerated and certified fabrics (Oeko-Tex, RWS, FSC, etc.).

What does the GRS certification guarantee?
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certifies fabrics made from recycled materials by following specific requirements for production activities, the entire supply chain, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.
What does the OEKO-TEX certification guarantee?
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 guarantees that every component of the certified item has been tested for harmful substances and is therefore harmless to human health.
What does the EcoVero™ certification guarantee?
It is an eco-responsible viscose certified by the Lenzing company, produced from FSC- and PEFC-certified sustainable wood fibers. Produced with greener production processes that reduce both environmental emissions and water consumption by approximately 50 percent compared to conventional viscose.

How do you verify that your certifications are legit?
We think it’s important to have traceability throughout the supply chain for all our stuff. That means knowing who makes our products every step of the way. We work closely with our suppliers to track and verify any certifications or claims so we can feel confident that the fibers we use in our materials are legitimately better. That goes for all sustainable fibers like organic cotton, recycled cotton, responsible wool, etc.
We believe it is important to supervise the entire supply chain of all our products. This means knowing who contributes to their manufacture at each stage of the process. We work closely with our suppliers to verify any certification so that we can be sure that the fibers used are legitimately better from an environmental impact perspective. This applies to all sustainable fibers such as organic cotton, recycled cotton, responsible wool, etc.
Do you use polyester or synthetic fibers?
La Semaine Paris is committed to using fabrics of synthetic origin when strictly necessary and suitable alternatives are not available. For example, polyester can be used to create "pleated" details that cannot be made from other materials.
Why do you run out of stock?
From day one, we have tried to produce capsule collections only in limited quantities to avoid overproduction, a major problem in the fashion industry.

The price varies not only according to the cost of craftsmanship but also due to the choice and quality of raw materials used, market dynamics as well as current economic and social events that inevitably influence the cost of living.
