Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping policy

All deliveries related to orders placed after March 23rd, 2020 will be affected by a delay of 3 business days. Click here for more information.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 9.00 am-17.30 pm.

Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day.

We offer you a free shipping policy: orders placed in EU will be delivered within 2/3 working days, and orders placed in US will be delivered within 3 working days. 

Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer and for US we offer you free shipping on orders over 150$.

At the time of delivery, the customer will receive an information email with the tracking number for the shipment, which can be monitored on DHL or on the website of other couriers’, as specified in the order.
The customer can monitor the delivery status on the courier’s website, simply by inserting the order number in the “Find Shipment” field. A web page will open to show updates for the progress of the delivery.

On the time of the arrival of orders, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing as proof delivery.
If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address


If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at

Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!


Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition – clean (please pay attention to makeup or deodorant traces), unworn and with all tags attached – together with the returns form and the original package (pink box and brown box).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. 

You have fourteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. You can enjoy our free return policy, but please note that no returns will be accepted after the fourteen days free return window.

Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer. 

If you’re feeling unsure about our sizing, please head over to our size guide and check the measurements. Our returns are always free, but we ask that you keep them to a minimum so that we, together, can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.
