Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition – clean (please pay attention to makeup or deodorant traces), unworn and with all tags attached – together with return form and the original package (pink box and brown box). All returns without pink lace will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded, and shipping back has to be organized by the customer.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. Please note that no returns will be accepted after the 14 days free return window.

When asking for a return, please make sure to flag all the items you want to return. Only the items selected during the return process will be refunded. If you have to return items from multiple orders, please request a return for each order separately.

LSP monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

LSP uses DHL/Fedex  for all its shipments and returns: returns that will be shipped with other carriers will not be accepted.**

Returns are always free for customers in the European Union, the United States and Canada. Other countries can still benefit of our easy shipping services for returns at the following price:


Free returns from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.  £16 for returns from United Kingdom€19 for returns from Guernsey, Jersey, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Albania and the Canary Islands.€40 for returns from Guadeloupe.


€40 for returns from Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar.  €35 for returns from UAE, Japan, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, Bahrain, South Korea & the Philippines.  €55 for returns from Israel and Lebanon.  


€40 for returns from Australia and New Zealand.  

The cost of a return is automatically deducted from your refund.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Please note that all orders refused by customers upon delivery will come back to us and shipping will not be refunded.

How to Return Your Shipment

Make sure that the items you want to return meet the quality requirements specified in this policy.Attach some photos if your product is damaged or defective and choose the reason why you are requesting a return.Fill out the Return Form request on theReturn Pageand wait for confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for our team to provide you with a status update regarding your return request..If your request is accepted, carefully place the items in their original packaging:For Italian customers, please apply the shipping label you have received via email.For European customers, please apply the shipping label already present in the box;For Non-European customers, please apply the shipping label already present in the box. You will also have to place additional documents (credit note for customs) that you have received by email, inside the boxFor Italian customers: drop off the package at your nearest DHL drop-off point. For a list of drop-off points, visitthis link.For Not Italian customers: drop off the package at your nearest Fedex drop-off point. For a list of drop-off points, visitthis link.Once your package is received, the products will pass through our quality check process. Please note that this operation can take up to 5 business days. If the return matches our criteria, you will receive a notification and your refund will be processed.

Getting a Refund

The refund will be made within 20 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Please note that due to the current situation, refund processes might be affected by delays.

Please note, the refund will be issued on the payment method used to purchase your items on our website. 

Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days for you to see it in your statement.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards will automatically be refunded as store credit.

We don’t offer an exchange service through our website www.lasemaineparis.com. To order your items in a new size, style or color, we kindly ask you to proceed with the return and place a new order.


If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com.

Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.
