If you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it and get a refund. See below the terms and conditions that your return must meet to be accepted:
1. All items must be returned in their original condition, clean and unworn (pay attention to makeup and deodorant traces).
2. Original labels and tags must be attached. Please mind that items without the pink lace will not be accepted.
3. Orders must be returned in the original packaging: both the pink box and the brown box.
4. Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. Please note that no returns will be accepted after this period.
5. Orders must be returned using our prepaid return labels. If a different means is used, we will not be able to refund return shipping costs and will not be responsible for any lost package.
LSP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy. In such cases, the package will be sent back to the Customer at her/his expense. The Customer may choose to arrange the pickup themselves or pay 20 to our Paypal account.
How do I enter my return request?
Read this Policy and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page.
Fill out the form and make sure to indicate all the items you want to return and the reason why (only the items selected during the return process will be refunded).
You can return items from multiple orders in one shipment, we only ask that you request a return for each order separately.
Your request will be approved within 2 business days. As soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail, you will be able to proceed with shipping.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Returns are free for Customers in the European Union. Other countries can still benefit of our easy return shipping service at the following price:
Free returns from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
£19 for returns from United Kingdom.
€19 for returns from Guernsey, Jersey, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Albania and the Canary Islands.
€40 for returns from Guadeloupe.
€40 for returns from Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar.
€35 for returns from UAE, Japan, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, Bahrain, South Korea & the Philippines.
€55 for returns from Israel and Lebanon.
€40 for returns from Australia and New Zealand.
$26 for returns from United States and Canada.
€45 for returns from Mexico.
€50 Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica.
*Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
How do I ship the package?
Italian Customers: You will receive the DHL return label by e-mail as soon as your request is accepted. You will simply have to apply it to the original package and drop it off at your nearest DHL point. For a list of drop-off points, visit this link.
European Customers: The FedEx return label is already inside the original box. You should apply it to the original package and contact FedEx to schedule a pickup or drop the package off at your nearest FedEx drop-off point. For a list of drop-off points, visit this link.
Non-European Customers: The FedEx return label is inside the original box. As soon as your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the Credit Note required for customs clearance. You should apply the return label and the Credit Note to the original package and contact FedEx to schedule a pickup or drop the package off at your nearest FedEx drop-off point. When do I receive a refund?
Once the return is received, the items go through our quality check process that can take from 3 to 5 business days. If the return matches our criteria, the Customer will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase within additional 10 business days.
Please mind that refund is the only option available. To order items in a new size, style or color, we kindly ask that you proceed with the return and place a new order on our website.
What expenses does the refund cover?
The refund only covers the cost of the returned goods, shipping costs are not refundable. For non-EU countries, returns are not free of charge and these shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Are duties and taxes refundable on return orders?
Any duties and taxes paid separately are non-refundable. For non-EU countries, please note that taxes and customs duties are applied directly by the destination country, the amount depends on the contents of the shipment and change depending on the country according to internal rules.
All orders refused by Customers upon delivery will return to us. In such cases, round-trip shipping costs and customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
