Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition – clean (please pay attention to makeup or deodorant traces), unworn and with all tags attached – together with the returns form and the original package (pink box and brown box).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. 

You have fourteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. You can enjoy our free return policy, but please note that no returns will be accepted after the fourteen days free return window.

Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer. 

Returns are always free for customers in the European Union, the United States and Canada. Other countries can still benefit of our easy shipping services for returns at the following price:

EUROPE

  • Free returns from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.  
  • €19 for returns from Guernsey, Jersey, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.  

ASIA

  • €40 for returns from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Russia.  
  • €35 for returns from UAE, Japan, Hong Kong, Kuwait and Singapore.  

NORTH AMERICA

  • Free returns from Canada and the United States.  
  • €40 for returns from Guadeloupe.  

OCEANIA

  • €40 for returns from Australia.  

The cost of a return is automatically deducted from your refund.

Please note that all duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If you’re feeling unsure about our sizing, please head over to our size guide and check the measurements. Our returns are always free, but we ask that you keep them to a minimum so that we, together, can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.

How to Return Your Shipment

  • Read and accept our policy.
  • Answer a few questions that will help us support you in the best possible way.  
     
    Please note that if despite all of our quality assurance checks there is still a slight defect with your product, you will be asked to provide pictures. If you want to return the product for different reason we could ask you to provide pictures. We hope you may understand.
  • We will review your request and get back to you in 1-2 business days. 

    If the request matches our criteria, you will receive an email with the authorization to proceed with the return, plus the return label.  

How to Ship Your Items

  • Place the item(s) in the original box together with the return label we will provide you with via email,and any additional documents that you received along with your items. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.
  • You can bring the package to your nearest DHL point. Find your nearest DHL point here: https://locator.dhl.com/

The product will pass through our quality check process. This operation can take up to 3 business days.  If the return matches our criteria, you will receive a notification and your refund will be processed. 

Getting a Refund

The refund will be made within 10 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Please note that due to the current situation, refund processes might be affected by delays.

During the return process you can decide if you prefer to receive the refund on your original payment method or receive store credit, that can be used to purchase other items on our website.

Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days for you to see it in your statement. The length of this process varies depending on the chosen refund method.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards will automatically be refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer an exchange service through our website www.lasemaineparis.com. To order your items in a new size, style or color, we kindly ask you to proceed with the return and place a new order.
