Do you have a physical store or do you only sell online?

La Semaine Paris is an online platform only. We don’t have a physical point of sale for now, but we don’t exclude that we could have one soon! Follow us and be the first to know when this will happen.

Is it safe to order from La Semaine Paris?

You can be assured that shopping at La Semaine Paris is safe! We’re a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.       

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox - so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Can I change or delete my online order?

Unfortunately our website does not currently allow you to change or cancel anything yourself – please send us an email at within 24 hours from the purchase specifying your order number, and we'll do our best to help you.

Why do we do pre-orders? 

We produce limited-edition capsule collections only, and due to the high request of our pieces, it is easy to find it hard to get our pieces. By offering pre-orders you can reserve your own personal piece before its official release and be sure to have your favourite piece from La Semaine Paris. 

How do pre-orders work? 

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not been released yet, but will be released soon in a limited quantity. By pre-ordering an item, you can reserve your own personal piece before its release. Once you make your purchase, an email confirmation will notify you that your order has been received and it will confirm the exact date when the item will be shipped. Not all pre-orders have the same waiting time before shipping, it usually depends on the different drop and time of the year. Make sure to read the date on the product page before placing your order. Once the item will be shipped, a notification email will inform you about the tracking number to follow your delivery. 

When will my pre-order be shipped? 

Pre-orders will be shipped starting from the day mentioned on the product page and in the order confirmation email. 

Can I return an item bought in pre-order?

Yes, of course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size doesn’t fit you, you can still change it but following our traditional Return Policy. You have 14 days (from the day when you receive your item) to ask as for your return label on our homepage on the link “Return an Item”. (edited)

We accept any credit or debit card on the Visa and MasterCard circuits, as well as American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?

Any customs fees are applied at the discretion of the carrier and according to local laws. All customs fees must be payed by the customer and will not be covered by La Semaine Paris. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.

Where is my order?

You can track the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on DHL'sofficial website. In case you di not receive a tracking number, please contact us at so that we can help you.

How do I return a product?

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, it will take up to 3 days for our Quality Check team to control your item. After that, the refund will be issued within 10 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
During the return process you can decide if you prefer to receive the refund on your original payment method or receive store credit, that can be used to purchase other items on our website.
Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards will automatically be refunded as store credit.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days for you to see it in your statement. The length of this process varies depending on the chosen refund method. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We sincerely apologize if you have received a product that is not the one you ordered. Please contact us at and we’ll be sure to get you the La Semaine Paris piece you ordered!

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service at within 24 hours. Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!

Can I return an item without the pink lace?

No. It is mandatory that the pink lace is still applied to the items you are returning, as it proves that those items were not worn. 

Can I return a swimsuit?

To make sure you do get a refund, you need to keep the item clean, and the hygiene strip must be still in place.
Please, do keep your underwear on before trying your swimwear. No items will be refunded if not perfectly clean and in their original conditions. It’s fine to try your item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. 


Will products be restocked?

La Semaine Paris is a high-quality brand working with limited-edition pieces to be launched frequently in small drops. As soon as one drop is gone, we release a new one.
Usually, no restock is planned but please, keep an eye on your inbox and on our website to know more about all our new drops as soon as they happen. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter in case you have not done it yet.

Can I purchase multiple e-gift cards at the same time?

If you are sending the e-gift card to a loved one as a gift by pressing the Send as a Gift button, you will only be able to buy one e-gift card per transaction. If, on the other hand, you are buying one or more e-gift cards for yourself by using the Add to Cart button, you will be able to buy as many as you want in a single transaction.

Are there shipping or handling fees associated with the purchase of e-gift cards?

No, you will only be charged for the face value of the e-gift card.

Can I top up an e-gift card or change its value after the purchase?

No, it is not possible to change the value of an e-gift card or top it up after its purchase.

When will the e-gift card be sent to the receiver?

E-gift cards are automatically sent once the payment for your order is confirmed.

Can I schedule the delivery of an e-gift card?

When do e-gift cards expire?

E-gift cards are valid for 12 months, starting from the order date.

Can e-gift cards be used on multiple purchases?
