Is it safe to order from La Semaine Paris?
You can be assured that shopping at La Semaine Paris is safe! We’re amember of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
How do I know you have received my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order will be ready to leave our warehouse you will receive and email with your tracking number. By clicking on the link you will be redirected to the courier website to monitor your shipping.

You’re welcome to browse our collections and place orders on our website, which automatically adjusts to your country’s shipping region and currency. To change our website’s region and currency, go to the top right of the website page and click on the globe icon.
Can I change or delete my order online?
Unfortunately our website does not currently allow you to change or cancel anything yourself – please send us an email at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com within 4 hours from the purchase specifying your order number, and we'll do our best to help you.
How pre-orders work?
We produce limited-edition capsule collections only, Offering pre-orders allows you to reserve your favorite pieces from La Semaine Paris before their official release and be sure to receive them.When pre-ordering, the pieces you are buying are not in stock, but they will be available and delivered according to the information provided on the product page. Pre-orders do work like standard orders, which means payments will be taken upon all pre-orders placed. All pieces will be prepared for delivery once they have arrived at our warehouse facility.Once you have ordered, no change can be made. In case you wish to change the size or the product type, you can ask for your pre-order to be deleted and then place a new one (depending on the availability of the items).Please note that pre-orders do follow our usual Shipping and Return policy and usual Terms and Conditions.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders will be shipped starting from the day mentioned on the product page and in the order confirmation email. Orders which contain both pieces available in stock and in pre-order will be shipped accordingly to the information provided on the Product Page.
Can I return an item bought in pre-order?
Yes, of course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size doesn’t fit you, you can still change it but following our Return Policy. You have 14 days (from the day when you receive your item) to ask for your return label on our homepage on the link “Return an Item”.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept any credit or debit card on the Visa and MasterCard circuits, as well as American Express, Discover, PayPal or Paypal Pay in 4 (that is available as a buy now, pay later option in 4 easy interest-free instalments), Google Pay and Online Giftcards.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes we do. We currently offer payment in instalments with Alma available in these countries: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Irland, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, France and Spain. Alma allows you to split purchases into 3 payments automatically charged to your favorite debit or credit card. The first payment is charged when the merchant confirms your order, the next 2 payments are automatically charged every 30 days after that.
Are payment secure?
Our payment processor is certified Level 1 PCI DSS, which guarantees the safety of payments made on our website.
What about tax and duties?
Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Can I purchase multiple e-gift cards at the same time?
If you are sending the e-gift card to a loved one as a gift by pressing the Send as a Gift button, you will only be able to buy one e-gift card per transaction. If, on the other hand, you are buying one or more e-gift cards for yourself by using the Add to Cart button, you will be able to buy as many as you want in a single transaction.
Are there shipping or handling fees associated with the purchase of e-gift cards?
No, you will only be charged for the face value of the e-gift card.
Can I top up an e-gift card or change its value after the purchase?
No, it is not possible to change the value of an e-gift card or top it up after its purchase.
When will the e-gift card be sent to the receiver?
E-gift cards are automatically sent once the payment for your order is confirmed.
Can I schedule the delivery of an e-gift card?

Are shipping fees refundable?
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and will request the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days, the package will be returned to us but shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery, the shipment is sent back to us. In this situation, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customers return an order shipping costs will not be refunded.
Do I have to Pay custom charges on my order?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by La Semaine Paris. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Once we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, it will take up to 5 business days for our Quality Check team to control your item. After that, the refund will be issued within 10 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.Please note, the refund will be issued on the payment method used to purchase your items on our website. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at bonjour@lasemaineparis.com. Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
Can I return an item without the pink lace?
No. It is mandatory that the pink lace is still applied to the items you are returning, as it proves that those items were not worn.
Can I return a swimsuit?
To make sure you do get a refund, you need to keep the item clean.
Please, do keep your underwear on before trying your swimwear. No items
will be refunded if not perfectly clean and in their original
conditions. It’s fine to try your item on like you would in a shop, but
please don’t actually wear it.
